Tehran short fest to screen AI-generated 'Palestine in My Eyes'

The AI-generated short film 'Palestine in My Eyes' is set to premiere at the Tehran International Short Film Festival.

The AI-generated short film 'Palestine in My Eyes' is set to premiere at the Tehran International Short Film Festival (TISFF).

The poster for the short film directed by Soroush Albakhshi-Naeini was also unveiled ahead of the festival, which kicks off on Friday.

Like the movie itself, the poster was generated using artificial intelligence, with design conceptualization by Siavash Albakhshi-Naeini.

Javad Mazalqani contributed his expertise in the logo design, typography, and artistic direction of the poster.

Festival organizers have scheduled two screenings for 'Palestine in My Eyes' in the international competition's AI section.

Viewers can attend the showings on Friday and Sunday, which will be held at Tehran's Mellat Gallery and Cineplex.

"A Palestinian scientist working in AI conceals the reality of war from his blind child by creating a virtual reality device," reads the film's synopsis.

The 41st Tehran International Short Film Festival, led by Mehdi Azarpendar, wraps up on October 23.
